Zen in Ten: "My Mind Is My Most Valuable Asset."
The Pith & Wisdom of the Ven. Ani Trime
Dear Spark Zen Readers, I have the immense joy of sharing more pithy and inspirational wisdom from a pocket-sized book on Buddhism: Ani Trime's Little Book of Affirmations: 52 Illustrated Practices for a Peaceful and Open Mind [Storey Publishing, 2019]. A bit about the late Ven. Ani Trime Lhamo: She fully ordained as a Buddhist nun in 1988, was a beloved meditation teacher in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, and was the spiritual director of the Princeton Buddhist Meditation Group for more than two decades. She died in October 2016 at the age of 88. Peace + Bows from the monastery, Rev. Shōren Heather
