Loved this Heather, especially the quote by Hongzhi about sitting. Incredible how the truth reverberates through space and time 🖤🙏🖤
I’ve always felt upheld by the energy of faith in practice… and it was insightful to read about your Catholic associations with the word because I am Catholic by lineage but not practice. My parents were not religious, so my association with Catholicism is expressed in my bones and through my Grandma, whose faith was so pure that you could feel it emanating from her. It is lovely to think that my expression of faith could be the presence of her spirit with me 🕊️
Hi Jess, thanks for your beautiful comment!🦚 (that's a peacock, BTW!) For me, sitting in the quietude of an empty church is the same sanctuary as resting under the boughs of a willow tree. The presence of one is the presence of the many.📿

Thank you! My daughter is going to have her second baby soon. I can’t wait to be his night nurse! And to learn from his “heart-mind-body”.
I hope she has a happy and healthy baby!
