Washing the dishes

is like bathing a baby Buddha.

The profane is the sacred.

Everyday mind it Buddha mind.

Thank you, Shaun, for your comment and interest. It's difficult to remember when we're in the midst of activity that each moment is in itself its own fruition and not preparation for the next moment. Although each moment of consciousness affects the "next" moment and so on, when we can drop our ideas about the effort in the moment leading to some great outcome in the future, we are wholeheartedly just cleaning our feet.
